Though she stepped away from journalism due to family commitments, her entrepreneurial spirit remained unwavering. Over the years, she engaged in various business ventures, gaining valuable experience and insight. Once her children reached a certain stage of independence, she dedicated herself fully to the growth of Asprant from its very inception. Under her leadership, the company has steadily grown with a strong foundation in values and vision. A firm advocate of meritocracy and inclusivity, she actively promotes talent irrespective of gender and is deeply committed to creating an equitable and empowering workspace for women.

A dynamic leader with a diverse background that uniquely bridges law, corporate strategy, and pharmaceutical management, Suvam Chakraborty began his career practising corporate law at an international firm after graduating from one of India's top deemed universities for law. Serving later as in-house counsel, he honed his skills in legal strategy and business operations. Recognising the evolving demands of the global pharmaceutical sector, he pursued an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management — acquiring in-depth expertise in pharmaceutical marketing, production management, and other disciplines crucial for senior leadership. Demonstrating exceptional capabilities early on, he became CEO of Asprant at the young age of 25. A staunch advocate of strategic planning, he is passionate about setting clear strategic directions, overseeing seamless operations, and making key decisions that shape the broader business agenda. His analytical mindset and forward-thinking approach continually drive innovation, ensuring the organisation remains competitive and aligned with its long-term vision.
